Basic information
The device is equipped with mechanism maintaining constant position of suspended load against the vertical axe, preparedness for using under SIL3 control systems, containing speed control, synchronization, vertical position monitoring, skipping and crossing rope monitoring, overloading and slacking rope monitoring, travel for moving along the runways of I-beam.

Utilization
The point hoist is intended for hanging decoration and scene with the possibility of their vertical relocation into diff erent positions in the space between the gridiron and the scene fl oor. According to the level of outfi t it is furnished with the speed control, vertical position monitoring of the lifting load, monitoring of skipping (crossing), overloading or slacking rope. The complete point hoist is hung on the travel furnished with arrestment. The travel is furnished with mechanism maintaining constant position of suspended load against the vertical axe. For easier shifting along the tracks is the point hoist furnished with the manipulating grab handle at the perimeter. The tracks make easier relocation of the point hoist into the desired position. Interconnection of several tracks using crossings is possible and assumed. The tracks are not part of the standard delivery. The point hoist is ready to be used under SIL3 control systems. The point hoists can be combined into groups with the synchronized operation. Personal transport is not allowed.

Hoist description
The point hoist consists of geared motor equipped with double stage brake and combined sensor IRC+ARC, winding-drum, snub roll with skipping (crossing) rope monitoring, stripper pulleys, rotating end switch, steel rope with weight and coupling hook, frame and travel. Rotating end switch scans the limit positions, limit security positions and intermediate positions. Rope skipping (crossing) scans the separate end switch. The immediate position monitoring is provided by the absolute encoder. Overloading or slacking rope is monitored by tensometer.
